3. Our Services

DogTok AI develops artificial intelligence tools for canine behaviour analysis and health management. Our current product, Tailo, provides AI-powered video analysis, behaviour episode tracking, health monitoring, and related features for dog owners and animal behaviour professionals.

Our services are provided for informational and educational purposes. They do not constitute veterinary advice, medical diagnosis, or professional animal behaviour consultation. Always consult a qualified veterinarian or certified animal behaviourist for health or behavioural concerns.

4. Accounts and Registration

To use certain features of our services, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep this information up to date. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

5. Acceptable Use

• Upload content that is harmful, abusive, defamatory, or that depicts animal cruelty

By uploading User Content, you grant DogTok AI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, process, and store this content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

We may use anonymised and aggregated data derived from User Content to improve our AI models and services. This data will not be individually identifiable.

7. AI-Generated Content

Our services use artificial intelligence to generate analyses, insights, and recommendations. AI-generated content is provided on an "as is" basis and may contain inaccuracies. You should not rely solely on AI-generated content for decisions about your dog's health or behaviour.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our services, including software, design, branding, and AI models, belong to DogTok AI Ltd or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property except as expressly stated.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DogTok AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data or use.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms. You may stop using our services at any time. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
